BUYERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By buying from www.pfabrikas.lt you (the buyer) acknowledge and accept the buyer terms and conditions shall apply to and govern any purchase from the e-shop www.pfabrikas.lt .

 1. Main terms

1.1. Buyer and seller terms and conditions is a mandatory legal document that describes buyer and seller rights and duties, payment conditions, product delivery and return policy, buyers and sellers duties and responsibilities when buying from the e-shop www.pfabrikas.lt.

2. Buyer terms and conditions agreement

2.1. Buyer terms and conditions are considered binding after the buyer fills out all the required information in the e-shops cart for purchase, becomes familiarized with the sellers terms and conditions, clicks on ‘’order’’ in the e-shop and pays the full amount as stated by the pro-forma invoice.

2.2. If the buyer does not agree to all or some of the buyers terms and conditions, the buyer wont pay for the goods as stated in the pro-forma invoice.

 3. Sellers rights and obligations.

3.1. The seller assures that the buyer can use the e-shop www.pfabrikas.lt fully and properly.

3.2. If the buyer is trying to intentionally harm the integrity or safety of the e-shop www.pfabrikas.lt or violates the terms and conditions, the seller reserves the right to immediately and with out warning limit or restrict the buyers aces entirely to the website www.pfabrikas.lt.

3.3. The seller guaranties the safety and confidentiality of the buyers personal information that was provided in the registration form, and will not disclose any of such information to third parties.

3.4. The seller commits to deliver the ordered goods to the provided address.

3.5. The seller reserves the right to suspend or shut down the e-shop www.pfabrikas.lt under critical circumstances with out prior warning to the buyers. All prior commitments by the seller will be met in full, prior to the e-shop going down.

3.6. The seller reserves the right to change any of the conditions on there own accord.

3.7. If the buyer doesn’t use to the e-shop www.pfabrikas.lt for an extended period of time, the seller reserves the right to terminate the account.

3.8. If the buyer continues to use the e-shop www.pfabrikas.lt  after any terms and conditions changes, it will be construed that the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions changes.

4Buyers rights and guidelines.

4.1. The buyer must provide valid and accurate information upon ordering any goods.

4.2. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the buyer confirms that he/she/it is:

4.2.1. is over the age of 18, or:

4.2.2. Is over the age of 16 and has his/hers care takers legal permission, or:

4.2.3. Is a legal representative of the person in question with the legal right to enter legally binding contracts in his/hers name.

4.3. Customer that doesn’t adhere to terms stated in 4.2 and 4.3 shouldn’t complete an order and enter in to a contract with the seller. If the buyer ignores these terms, the buyer is fully responsible of any and all legal risks or consequences that are to do with such a violation.  

4.4. The buyer commits to pay the full amount that was agreed upon and take ownership of any goods that he/she/it ordered.

4.5. If the buyers personal information changes as stated in the registration form, the buyer must immediately update his/hers information.

4.6. The buyer has the right to refuse to buy any goods by not paying the pro-forma invoice in 5 business days.

4.7. By filling out and finalizing an order on the e-shop www.pfabrikas.lt the buyer agrees to any and all terms of services above as well as all of the terms stated in the LR act.

4.8. The buyers has the right to buy any goods from the e-shop www.pfabrikas.lt by adhering to terms stated above as well as the terms of Lithuanian Republic legal act.

5. Ordering and pricing of the goods.

5.1 Customers can buy 7 days a week, 24h a day from the e-shop www.pfabrikas.lt.

5.3 All of the goods in the e-shop www.pfabrikas.lt are stated in Euros including tax.

6. Payment methods and terms

6.1 Electronic banking

When you choose the option of ‘’electronic banking’’ you will be taken to ‘’Paysera’’ system where you will have to select:

By using our e-shop, you can pay via the following electronic banking services: Paysera, AB bank Swedbank, AB bank SEB, ‘’Danske bank’’, Lietuvos filialas, Luminor bank, AB bank Citadele, AB Šiaulių bank, UAB Medical bank, Lietuvos kredito unijos.

 

6.2 Bank transfer to UAB Plastmasės Fabrikas bank account

5.3.2. Cash if the customer is picking up the goods him/her self on location: Liepų g. 64 Užudvarionių k. Avižienių sen. Vilniaus r.  LT-14181.

5.5. The buyer agrees to pay for the goods in 5 business days or less. The seller will start preparing the goods only after the payment has been completed in full.

5.6. If the buyer does not complete payment in 5 business days, the order is void.

 7.Order shipping

7.1. By completing the order, the buyer confirms that his/hers delivery address and phone number are accurate.

7.2.By completing the order, the buyer agrees that he/she will receive the goods him/her self. If the buyer does not receive the goods him/her self, and the goods are received by a third party, the buyer may not file any complaints about not receiving the goods him/her self.

Self pickup at the following address: Liepų g. 64 Užudvarionių k. Vilniaus r. 14181- 0.00€:

  • Self pickup is available at the same or any other business day after the goods have been payed for in full. Working hours  I - IV 8 am-5pm. Sun 8 am - 4 pm.

Delivery by Omniva postbox:

  • Delivery fee can be found on the 4th step of ordering ‘’delivery methods’’, or the fee can be checked in your cart, under ‘’delivery price estimation’’.
  • The delivery will be complete in 2-3 business days after full payment to your chosen Omniva postbox.
  • You can choose your postbox here: https://www.omniva.lt/verslo/pastomatu_adresai
  • Please specify the postbox address in ‘’other important information’’.
  • Information about your order and its shipping id is always provided via e-male.
  • Once the shipment has arrived to your sellected postbox, you will get a text to your phone with the adress and posbox door number.
  • You can pick up the delivery from Omniva postbox 24/7.
  • You can track your shipment here:https://www.omniva.lt with your uqinue shipment id that you have received over e-male.

                         

Delivery by courier in Lithuania (except Kuršiu nerija)

  • Delivery fee can be found on the 4th step of ordering ‘’delivery methods’’, or the fee can be checked in your cart, under ‘’delivery price estimation’’.
  • The delivery will be complete in 1-2 business days after full payment to your chosen Omniva postbox.
  • All of the shipment information will be sent to your e-male.
  • The courier will inform you via text message about the specific time of delivery on the day of delivery.
  • The courier can be expected to arrive during work days, 8am – 5pm.

7.7. The seller is not responsible for any shipping delays or shipment not arriving at all in case of buyer mishandling or circumstances outside of the sellers control.

7.7.2. The buyer must inform the seller immediately if the shipment packaging has been damaged, the shipment is incomplete or the buyer has received the wrong shipment.

7.7.3. The buyer must e-male a photo of the damaged, incomplete or incorrect shipment.

7.8. If the seller gets the goods returned due to the buyer not picking them up on time, the buyer must cover the costs of shipping the goods again, or reimburse the seller if the chosen delivery method was Omniva post box. If the buyer refuses to pay the second shipping fee or reimburse the seller for the first shipping attempt, and requests his/hers money back, the seller will keep the shipping fee.

8. Quality guarantee.

8.1. All of the goods in our e-shop www.pfabrikas.lt have product descriptions and specifications listen in the e-shop under ‘’product description’’.

8.2. The quantity of the goods may not always be accurately represented by the pictures. The actual quantities can be found in the product description. The color of the product may be slightly different depending on your monitor.

8.3. The seller may give a warranty to certain products. Such information can be found in the ‘’product description’’.

9. Return policy.

9.1. Product return policy is in accordance with 2001-06-29 Lithuanian republic minister of economy act Nr217.

9.2. The buyer must return the goods via registered shipment and must provide the shipment id to the seller no later then 48h after shipping.

9.3. Shipping price of wrongfully returned goods will be covered by the buyer.

9.4. Shipping price in the case of a product change will be covered by the buyer.

9.5. If the buyer wants to return any goods, he/she must inform the seller within 14 days of receiving the goods, provide photo or video evidence of the problem through e-male This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and fill out a product return form in the e-shop www.pfabrikas.lt.

9.6. Any goods that are being returned must be inside there original packaging, they must be unused, undamaged, all of the labels and stickers must be intact. When returning any goods, the buyer must provide physical proof of purchase documents.

9.7. If the buyer received the incorrect goods, the seller will replace it with the ordered goods or will make a full refund, including the shipping costs.

9.8. If the buyer returns defective goods, the seller will replace them or will make a full refund.

9.9. If the buyer wants to return any defective goods, he/she must inform the seller within 14 days of receiving the goods, provide photo or video evidence of the problem through e-male This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and fill out a product return form in the e-shop www.pfabrikas.lt.

9.10. Any defective goods that are being returned must be inside there original packaging, they must be unused, undamaged, all of the labels and stickers must be intact. When returning any defective goods, the buyer must provide physical proof of purchase documents.

9.11. The seller has the right to not accept any returns if the buyer did not follow the proper return guidelines as stated in: 8.5-8.6, 8.9-9.10 .

9.12. If the buyer returns goods that have been bought with a discount, the seller will refund the discounted price.

10. Other information.

10.1. The seller may organize various discounts and special offers in the e-shop www.pfabrikas.lt.

10.2.The seller may modify or stop any discounts or special offers on there own accord. Any changes will take effect from the moment that the price was changed.

10.3. The seller sends out information to the buyer over there e-male that has been specified in there registration form on the e-shop www.pfabrikas.lt.

10.4. The buyer may address any inquiries that he/she has over contacts specified in the ‘’contacts’’ list in the e-shop www.pfabrikas.lt.

10.5. If the buyer did not receive any relevant information, the seller is not responsible if the messages did not arrive due to internet problems, messages going in to the ‘’spam’’ folder or incorrect contact information stated in the registration form.

11. Final notes.

11.1. These terms and conditions have been made following all guidelines under LR act.

11.2. The buyer has all LR rights to these terms and conditions. All disagreements about any of the terms and conditions can be resolved by a friendly agreement. If an agreement cant be reached, all disagreements will be resolved following LR guidelines.
